Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority, however, all sales are final.
We want you to be happy with your purchase for years to come. If
you are unsatisfied with your purchase, exchanges can be made within
4 days of the original purchase date. Please contact us at rae.donaldson@gmail.com
to discuss your exchange. All exchanges must be accompanied by the
original receipt and returned in the same packaging as was shipped.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Any shipping
costs you may incur returning an item will be your own responsibility.
All exchanges must be postmarked within 4 days of receipt of purchase.
Custom orders and sale items are all final sales and may not be
exchanged.
Our jewelry items are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase, and
will be repaired or replaced if broken due to construction only.
Buyer pays for return shipping on repairs and replacements. Additional
charges for materials will also apply. Treat your piece with care
and it will last a long time.
PLEASE NOTE: Not all beads can be matched exactly since each design
is custom made.
Payment
We prefer Pay Pal but also accept Checks & Money Orders.
Please allow 7 business days for checks to clear before item is
shipped.
Pay Pal Items are shipped within 48 hours of payment during regular
business hours.

Shipping
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped USPS Priority Mail
with an expected delivery time of 2 to 3 business days. U.S. Shipping
and Handling is a flat $8.00 rate. International Postage is sent
Priority Mail and is a flat $13.00 rate with an expected delivery
of 6 to 10 days. Wholesale shipping prices vary. If your order is
lost or damaged in transit, please contact your local postal service.
We cannot be responsible for items once they are in the postal system.
Overnight and Expedited Shipping are also available at your request.
